Let’s take a look at the new Nike React Metcon Turbo from Nike. It’s available now from Road Runner Sports, and others. Our review pair has arrived – and we’ve done our initial testing. Nike’s first version of a React Metcon shoe was an interesting experiment. It featured a number of innovations such as a “Forged FlyKnit” upper, quick lace system, and a removable midsole based on React foam, rather than Nike’s normal dual-density foam. Did it all work? No – not in my opinion. The Forged Flyknit was bulky and uncomfortable, the quick lace system was a flop, and to top it all off, it was adorned with ostentatious NIKE text. Nike, famous for producing the best workout shoes, came up with a new and improved Metcon with Metcon 6 AMP. This all-purpose cross-training shoe will bring out the best in your boot camp, heavy squats, lifting, and traction. But, how is it different than the regular Metcon 6? Let’s compare and contrast. Let’s review the new Metcon 6 AMP from Nike. Created to conquer the insanity of heavy weighted and high-intensity workouts, the Nike Metcon 6 AMP will definitely produce noticeable fitness results with cooler sessions. This version is more breathable than Metcon 5 and has a lightweight mesh that improves airflow – an exceptional feature of this model. This version of the AMP shoe eschews the perforated upper of the regular Metcon 6 – but has a pretty slick substitute instead. UPDATE: The Nike Metcon 7 is here. You can now buy the Nike Metcon 7 Mat Fraser PE (Personal Edition) or the Nike Metcon 7 X. I’ll leave my hopes and dreams here. Maybe these ideas will go into the Nike Metcon 8. What would you like to see Nike improve or change in the Nike Metcon 7? I’ve got some ideas – and that’s what we’re going to discuss in this article. First of all, let me say that we are probably 10-11 months from the next version of the Nike Metcon shoe, as I write this. I don’t have any knowledge of the Nike Metcon 7 Release Date – or even that there will be a Nike Metcon 7. But, I’m guessing there will be, as there has been an annual product launch every year since 2015 or so. The Nike Metcon shoe gets better and better every release – and in fact, I’ve declared the Nike Metcon 6 to be the best CrossFit shoe for 2020. Nike Metcon 6 FlyEase Review

For the first time ever, Nike has released a FlyEase version of the Metcon training shoe. This is our review of the Nike Metcon 6 FlyEase. We’ll cut right to the chase – this is the Nike Metcon 6 with one big change – it has a collapsible heel that makes for “step-in entry”. This is Nike’s FlyEase technology. Nike FlyEase makes it easy to put your shoes on, and take them off – and it’s great for all athletes, including adaptive athletes. There are laces, but you only have to tie them once.
