Build something exceptional in your garage with the Rogue CC-1 Cable Crossover.
If chest building is one of your fitness goals, the Cable Crossover can effectively help you with this goal. By pulling two cables across your body from a standing position, the pectoral muscles can be worked from various angles, especially when you adjust the height of the pulley system.

Rogue CC-1 Cable Crossover – Overview
Unlike free weights, cable crossover delivers a smooth and endless resistance and effectively builds strong pectoral muscles. This resistance employs multiple small stabilizer muscles in your chest and gives exceptional results for improving strength and definition.
You target your pectoral muscles by changing the angles at which you bring your arms together, and you get the most out of the cable crossover exercises. With a cable crossover, you can do Standing Chest Press (High to Low), Kneeling/Half-Kneeling Chest Press (High to Low), Stability Ball Chest Press, Incline Chest Press (bench needed), and many more.
Rogue CC-1 Cable Crossover
The Rogue CC-1 Cable Crossover is perfect for larger pro, collegiate, and high school facilities and enables numerous athletes to execute distinct cable movements in the same space, and initiates a more excellent variety of exercises, including cable flys, traditional cable crossovers, and overhead cable curls. It brings together two patent-pending CT-1 Cable Towers into a single unit, linked by a 107.25” steel bridge and mounting brackets. The two 9″ tall towers are spaced 87” apart (measuring from low row foot to low row foot), and the total merged footprint of the unit is 180.25” wide by 42” in depth.
Each tower station is precision-machined from 3×3” 11-gauge steel, with 6” aluminum pulleys and 250 LB weight stacks. With a 2:1 ratio in pull resistance and custom shrouds, the 250 LB weight stack delivers instant adjustments to any skill level (made from laser-cut 14-gauge steel) to help bypass pinch points. The 1/4” cable is made to the military specifications as aircraft cable and jacketed in nylon for superior flexibility and durability.
Rogue CT-1 Cable Tower
The Cable Tower is assembled in the USA from 3×3” 11-gauge steel heavy-duty and is carefully refined from Rogue’s original designs, with precision machining and in-house testing by professional, high-performance athletes. The complete 108.5” tall CT-1 Cable Tower builds a 55” x 55” footprint. It is arranged for both a personal home gym or for the use of several athletes in a more extensive training facility.
The custom, precision adjustments make the machine adjustable to users of any size and a wide range of workouts, with 16 distinct height adjustment settings on a 180-degree swivel. The column’s 6” aluminum pulleys and 250 LB weight stack are machined in-house, and the ¼” cable itself is made to the exact military specifications as aircraft cable, covered in nylon for outstanding flexibility and durability.
Rogue CT-1X2 Cable Tower
With CT-1X2 Cable Tower’s 300LB weight stack, you can train at a 2:1 ratio (with a single carabiner on each side, 150LB max) or a 1:1 ratio (with both carabiners connected for a 300 LB max). The weight stack is conformable by 10LB increments and has 1” plastic band attachment pegs at the top and bottom, enabling banded work to be joined into any movement. It features dual swivel pulleys with a pair of Rogue Single Handle Cable Attachments included standard instead of a traditional single-handle column.
The tower’s main body consists of a quality medium gloss black powdercoat finish, while the diamond-tread footplate is given its black texture coating for perfect grip. The UHMW plastic protects the pulleys and cables, which can be adjusted to 16 different height settings. The protective 14-gauge shrouds with laser-cut Rogue branding are also furnished on each side of the weight stack to help evade pinch points.
