It has a firm, stable heel for heavy weightlifting (deadlifts, squats, cleans, snatches), but it also has enough cushion for short runs (sprints, etc.) and box jumps, jump rope, double-unders, and more. It’s also great for rope climbs thanks to that monster size “rope wrap” on the sides. What then is the Metcon 5 AMP? Most of the Nike Metcon 5 AMP shoes have premium [Read more …]

Nike SuperRep Go Hands-On Shoe Review on YouTube Why read when you can watch? Check out our hands-on review on Youtube: Nike SuperRep Go Sizing and Fit The Nike SuperRep Go runs true to size. A Men’s Size 11 (my normal size) fits me perfectly. The length is perfect, and so is the width. This shoe fits tightly, but that’s by design. (My only real complaint is that I wish the shoe had a pull tab on the heel – that would make it easier to put on and take off.) I’d recommend you order these in your normal shoe size. Nike SuperRep Go – Cushion and Lateral Support This shoe really has two standout features – the cushioning and the lateral support. Let’s [Read more …]

Nike Air Zoom Pegasus Trail Running Shoe Hands On Review on YouTube We featured this shoe as part of our Nike Trail Shoe Shootout 2020: Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 36 Trail Running Shoe – Sizing, Fit, and Feel This shoe runs true to size. So, if you have wide feet, you may need to go 1/2 size up. On the upside, there’s probably a few brick and mortar retail stores you can find this shoe in – so we’d recommend you try it on first, if possible. (That [Read more …]
