Rogue Echo Bike Review

We tested a new (not refurbished) Echo Bike a while back – and we liked what we found.

When people talk about air bikes, they often describe them as “brutal” because using them is arduous and grueling. It takes so much effort to keep it accelerating — when you crank the pedals and push and pull the levers, you move the fan faster and faster.

The Echo Bike is overbuilt, sturdy, and stable with its thick steel tubing that includes 2×3″, 1.25 x 3″, and 1.625 x 3.125″. Though heavy, the Echo Bike is easy to move around even on uneven surfaces because of its wheels.

And since it uses a belt-drive, you will enjoy a smooth ride, unlike the chain drive that can have metal-on-metal contact as the chain slides over the gear.

Rogue Echo Bike Refurbished – Overview

The Echo Bike is constructed with a range of long-lasting steel tubing (2″ x 3″, 1.25″ x 3″, and 1.625″ x 3.125″) completed in a texture black powder coat. Weighing 127 LBS, the Echo Bike is not the quaking type of exercise bike. The Echo Bike offers rigidity and balance to help stop wiggles and bumps during even max output bursts, thanks to its reinforced steel construction.

The fan’s steady response delivers a uniquely consistent, smooth riding experience. For added stability, Rogue included rubber leveling feet under each base tube. It also has an adjustable padded seat that closes into eight different height settings and five front-to-back settings, and the 1.5” diameter rubber-grip handles are welded directly to the bike’s arms for added hardness.

The Echo Bike has a mounted LCD console that measures 6.375″ x 6.375″ and highlights a crystal clear, high contrast display. The steel step plate is provided with knurled 4.5” long rotating footpegs and metal pedals. You can create or choose a wide range of modes, including Intervals (20/10, 10/20, or a custom Work/Rest interval), Target, and Heart Rate Tracking.
