Nike Romaleos 4 In Orange – Our Review
To test this product, we got hands-on and in-depth. We reviewed this shoe when it first dropped.
Here’s what we found:
Romaleos 4 is another revolutionary innovation from Nike and was created for strength and stability. It is the most exceptional shoe in weightlifting that features a supportive midsole and a wide, flat outsole, and adjustable straps at the midfoot. It has a trendy and modern design with different colorways compared to previous versions. The shoe is a bit heavier than the earlier version and has a raised heel that gives more power to your squatting and lifting. It has adjustable straps at the midfoot for an improved level of support. The extended straps over the laces guarantee support, and their grip makes your feet grounded.

Nike Romaleos 4 In Orange – Overview
Stable and comfortable with a lockdown fit — this is what Nike Romaleos 4 promise. It is a next-level Olympic weightlifting shoe that brings better overall comfort and boosts your lifting and squatting efficacy. This revised design highlights a supportive midsole and a wide, flat outsole, with adjustable straps over the laces at the midfoot to fasten the foot during high-intensity workouts.
The Romaleos 4 has a solid and wide heel (instead of a rounded heel) for overall stability. The return of the dual-strap construction does a great job of locking down the foot to avoid slippage. The upper structure of Romaleos 4 is more durable than the previous version.
The significant heel-to-toe drop lessens the ankle flexion required at the bottom of a lift and allows greater explosiveness off the ground when incorporated with the rigid midsole. The heel height of this shoe is 20mm (.75″) which is the same as other Nike weightlifting shoes.
