Nike Metcon 8 FlyEase for Women – Overview

The new Nike Metcon 8 FlyEase is made with FlyEase technology that makes it quick and easy to get into and more hands-free. The Nike React foam delivers a smooth, responsive ride for a comfortable, cushioned base that feels lightweight and springy when you kick into high gear for cardio and sprints. The rubber tread gives you traction and helps you stay on your feet when shifting from the training room floor to the pavement.

The collapsible heel lets you step in without using your hands, then snaps back up to secure your foot. The wide, flat heel gets even more stable with an inner plate that disperses weight from side to side. The shoe also has a grippy rubber that wraps around your arch during extreme rope climbs.

It also bends to make it comfortable for cardio and sprints. The lightweight mesh with textured overlays in high-wear areas helps keep your foot cool without losing durability, while the handstand clip at the heel helps lessen drag during wall exercises. A tab locks down the laces with a hook-and-loop closure to help keep them out of the way.
