New Nike Metcon 7 Style for Women – Overview
Nike Metcon 7 is perfect for weightlifting, HIIT workouts, Bootcamp, sprints, and intense gym workouts and is made to transition between different activities easily. It is the gold standard for gym, boot camp, and weight training and now comes with an underfoot pressure mapping, making it 9% more stable than previous models.
It has a heel stabilizing plate distributing weight from side to side and flexing to make cardio intervals more comfortable. Another new feature of Metcon 7 is the React foam that lets you punch it hard into high gear during cardio drills and sprints. The React foam provides a more reactive and functional feel in different activities.
Metcon 7 has a rebuilt rubber wrapping the sides of the shoe for grip during rope climbs and exceptional traction from floors to pavement. The toe box is roomy yet still supportive, primarily because of the mesh upper that holds the shoe. The tongue highlights a tab lock that holds laces firmly to keep them out of the way.
