Not only is it stable and durable, it is also the most tuned Metcon training shoe yet. What do you get with the Nike Metcon 5 for women? It has specific stability for heavy lifting (squats, deadlifts, and Oly lifting). But it also has traction made for speed, and durability where you need it – thanks to it’s “zoned” durability. There’s also a small drop-in wedge called a “Hyperlift”.
