Metcon 7 MF has a lightweight mesh with textured overlays in high-wear zones to keep your foot relaxed without losing its durability. The handstand clip at the heel decreases drag during wall exercises, and the Flywire cables conform with the laces to tighten your midfoot.

Because of its underfoot pressure mapping, this rendition is 9% more durable than prior models, with a heel stabilizing plate allocating weight from side to side. It has convenient lace tabs that lockdown your laces to guarantee distraction-free training. It also flexes to make cardio intervals easier and more comfortable.
