Nike Metcon 7 Mat Fraser – Overview
Mat Fraser is the only athlete with five Crossfit® titles, and with this special edition of Metcon 7, you’ll get inspired to smash your training. This version is built for athletes, weightlifters, and CrossFit winners and is meant to endure your most strenuous workouts, including HIIT, CrossFit, Bootcamp, weightlifting, and running.
Because of its underfoot pressure mapping, this rendition is 9% more durable than prior models, with a heel stabilizing plate allocating weight from side to side. It has convenient lace tabs that lockdown your laces to guarantee distraction-free training. It also flexes to make cardio intervals easier and more comfortable.
With Metcon 7, you get the new lightweight, springy Nike React foam that allows you to take it into high gear during cardio drills and sprints. It has a revised rubber that wraps the sides for grip during rope climbs and excellent traction from floors to the road.
