AbMat Barbell Bomb

The Barbell Bomb is a lightbulb-shaped sleeve that glides tightly onto the end of any traditional barbell, making the same functionality as a standard landmine attachment. It is a lightweight (4 oz.) attachment made from AbMat’s tried and tested high-density foam, making it exceedingly durable and slip-resistant on almost any type of training surface, whether indoor or outdoor.

It fits easily in any gym bag at a length of 7 inches, allowing unrestricted landmine workouts anywhere you have access to a barbell. Along with standard landmine movements (presses, rows, rotational work, squats, push jerk, lumberjack deadlifts, etc.), athletes can use a Barbell Bomb on the opposite end of the bar as a grip-friendly handle during push presses or goblet squats.

Rogue Landmine

The Rogue Landmine can become one of the most dynamic devices in your arsenal when combined with any existing barbell and stable Infinity or Monster Lite upright. The key is a smooth-pivoting, 7-Gauge Steel Sleeve, which is compatible with most traditional Olympic barbells and is perfect for rotational training exercises. This assists in building core rotational stability and peak power through a greater range of motion.

The Rogue Landmine is manufactured in Columbus, Ohio, and is available as a single or double set. This versatile accessory will mount directly to your Infinity or Monster Lite rack, rig, or squat stand using the included 5/8″ hardware. It allows a broad range of angled barbell training exercises such as landmine presses and rows to cleans, deadlifts, and the standing barbell Russian twist.
