Speaking of versatility, this bench has seven distinct flat, incline, and decline settings giving you several exercise variations. It has a solid steel frame and thick, grippy pad that provides a decent ride in the bench press with no slipping and sliding.

With a weight capacity of 1,000 lbs, the Rep AB-3000 FID Adjustable Bench has a thick, durable 2.5″ pad enveloped in rugged textured vinyl for extraordinary comfort and support. The solid steel ladder and wheels reduce the chipping and flaking of paint from metal-on-metal contact and provide adequate movement around the gym. The steel used is durable, and the adjustable bar has no flex, a feature that will be loved by trainers who do a bunch of incline pressing.
