Reebok has launched two new colorways of their potent training shoe – the Reebok Nano 9.
The new colorways are BLACK / FLUID BLUE / LEMON GLOW for women …
and BLACK / WHITE / VIVID ORANGE for men.
What’s special about the Reebok Nano 9?
For starters, it’s the only shoe that can wear the CrossFit name.
You can see it’s right on the heel.
This is the 9th iteration of the Nano – and that means they have come pretty close to perfecting this design.
It has a relatively low-profile 4mm heel to toe drop.
That means your heel is about 4 mm higher than your toes.
This means it is a very versatile shoe- and you can use it for running, jumping, lifting, climbing, and more.
(In other words, it’s perfect for the CrossFit WOD.)
The upper is made from Reebok’s FlexWeave material – it’s tough but breathable because it is woven into a figure 8 pattern (there’s a breathable mesh underneath.)
CrossFit athletes need to be able to climb ropes – and the Reebok Nano 9 has the toughness and grip you need for that too.
The outsole is flat and grippy – perfect for maximum traction in the gym or on the lifting platform.
There’s a thickly padded tongue to prevent lace bite.
The collar on this shoe rises up high around your heel for a secure locked-in fit.
The Reebok Nano 9 is also an exceptionally wide shoe – especially in the toebox.
This is the best shoe for CrossFit trainees with wide feet, in our opinion.
We hope you enjoyed this closeup look at the Reebok Nano 9 – be sure to stay tuned for any new updates in the near future.

It highlights a supportive midsole, a wide, flat outsole, and adjustable straps at the midfoot. The Nike Romaleos is the most impressive squat shoe in the powerlifting world. It is heavier on the feet than in the earlier rendition, but it promotes more power in lifting and squatting. A wide heel forms a stable base for heavy lifts, while its rubber tread delivers durable traction to meet the needs of your sport. It offers [Read more …]

Have you seen the Inov-8 F-LITE G 300? This is the latest addition to Inov-8’s versatility collection. The new F-LITE G 300 is one of the most responsive and protective training shoes ever to hit the market. It has brand new, exclusive technologies (like “Graphene”). Why? For maximum lifting support and stability and at the same time without compromising on cushioning or flexibility. Let’s check some of the stats: A knit upper is used – this has special zones for max flexibility (and breathability) – but also support. Like a locked-in fit and feel? There’s a TPU cage that engages with the laces – for the most secure fit possible. But, there is also a ETPU footbed that is paired with a highly responsive midsole. This means even more cushioning when compared to the average CrossFit shoe. Inside, there is an lifting stabilizer. It’s built into the midsole – so you can’t see it. But what it does is provide a secure and stable foundation through the core of the shoe. There’s also a Graphene-enhanced rubber outsole. Graphene, which is [Read more …]
