Let’s look at Nike’s new Air Zoom shoe for HIIT, circuit training, classes, and more – the Nike Air Zoom SuperRep. This is a training shoe – meant for indoors use – and bodyweight workouts. It specializes in providing a lot of cushion – and outstanding lateral (side to side) support. Reebok Nano X Cross Training Shoe Now Available

Reebok has launched the Reebok Nano X (Get it now!) – the 10th iteration of their excellent CrossFit training shoe. It is available now to Reebok Unlocked members – but will be available globally on May 5th. (Please note we are a Reebok affiliate). Let’s start with the side profile – the Nano x is taller – specifically in the heel and tongue/collar. The upper is “upgraded Flexweave” – it looks different than the original Flexweave. A Men’s Size 11 (my normal size) fits me perfectly. The length is perfect, and so is the width. This shoe fits tightly, but that’s by design. Nike has released the latest version of their very popular Pegasus running shoe – the Nike Pegasus 37 running shoe is now available. This is an Air Zoom shoe – but it packs a big change too – there is now React foam in the midsole. Our review pair has arrived – and we’ve put it through the paces. Let’s take a quick look at an excellent trail running shoe – the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 36 Trail. It’s available in a fresh new colorway: Aura/Light Armory Blue/Mint Foam/Blackened Blue. That’s a mouthful, but the important point – it looks good. It is officially known as Style AR5677-401, by the way. Where can you get it? Road Runner Sports: This is a trail running shoe – and that means it’s meant for off-pavement running. Trade the pavement for the path with the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 36 Trail. What’s good about this shoe? How about a perforated mesh upper for maximum ventilation? There’s also double “Zoom Air” units underfoot for cushioning of your stride.
