Rogue Bandit Challenge

Rogue’s Bandit Challenge is here to challenge you physically and mentally while amazing prizes await you. The Bandit Challenge is consists of three events organized in a 12-hour duration. 1 Mile (1600M) Run – The athlete with the fastest 1 Mile run time will earn the most points. 1 Rep Max Front Squat – The athlete with the heaviest 1 Rep Max Front Squat will earn the most points. Max Repetition Chin-Up – The athlete with the most, unbroken, strict chin-ups will earn the most points. This challenge will run from August 27 at 9 AM EST to August 30 at 8 PM EST. Rogue Bandit Challenge – Overview All athletes who want to join this challenge should register at www.roguefitness.com/challenges and follow all workout and video flows as outlined. Anyone can participate from ages 14 and above. You will need to submit workouts via the Beyond the Whiteboard (BTWB) App to be qualified. The 2021 CrossFit Games

The 2021 CrossFit Games has ended, and the Fittest Man and Woman on Earth have been determined. Held in Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI, the Games started running from July 27 to August 1 and was participated by more than 600 athletes across 27 diverse divisions as they battled for the title of the Fittest on Earth®. Justin Medeiros and Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr are the 2021 CrossFit Games Champions. Teens, individuals, teams, masters, and the inaugural adaptive division joined the competition, and unlike last year, this year’s event allowed sports fans and viewers to attend the Games, giving the event a lively atmosphere. The Games tested athletes in different fitness events from heavy cardio – a mile swim with fins followed by a three-mile kayak paddle — to the “home run derby” of CrossFit, the one-rep max snatch, to more classic chippers, like the four-rounder of rope climbs, ski erg, and sandbag carries.
