The Nike Free X Metcon 2 is a great cross training shoe – that works well for running too. It’s part of Nike’s “Free” line – and that means that it is meant to replicate the barefoot running experience. Let’s take a look at how it does that – while we show you the new styles. Last week, Nike launched some new colorways (color combinations) for their Nike Metcon Sport shoe. The Nike Metcon Sport is part of the “Metcon” line of shoes – that’s code for “CrossFit”. These shoes are cross trainers – and they let you lift, run, jump, and more. What’s the new styles? Here we have String/Dark Smoke Grey/Pale Ivory. Nike says “STABILITY TO LIFT HEAVY AND CUT HARD.” The other great thing about these shoes is that they are only $100 or so. That’s much cheaper than the other shoes in the line.
