The innovative new Rogue Heavy Rail lets you take any spare wall and make a functional part of your home gym or garage gym.
The Rogue Heavy Rail is a 3×3” 11-gauge steel channel created to mount along the base of a gym wall to provide various custom storage and functional training. Both the Rogue Heavy Rail Monster and Rogue Heavy Rail Monster Lite have the same concept as The Strip. Rogue proudly manufactures the Heavy Rail in the USA, utilizing 3×3” 11-gauge steel and 5/16” formed steel plates with a medium gloss powder coat finish and laser-cut Rogue branding.
Here are some of the styles we are going to look at:
Rogue Heavy Rail – Overview
The Rogue Heavy Rail comes in two versions: the Monster and M-Lite. They are almost the same and just have a difference in the holes. The Monster features 1” holes spaced 2” apart, while the Lite version has 5/8” holes spaced 2” apart. Originally, these patent-pending accessories were developed for use in the training facility of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, and it’s now been polished for nearly any type of gym setup, with mounting points spaced at 48” to fit on standard 16”-on-center wall studs.
Once mounted, it has a depth of just 11” from the front of the tubing to the wall (11.75” with optional stringers), and a height of 7-⅛” from the floor to the top of the rail. Both Monster and M-Lite present numerous unique set-up options, from dual Landmines to side-by-side storage for up to four Trap Bars. You can use them for attaching compatible Monster Series accessories, including the Monster Landmine, Plate Storage Channel, and Single Bar Holder. You can also stand on the rail for calf raises, anchor your feet during sit-ups, or fasten resistance bands and mobility devices using the furnished anchor points in the end brackets.
You can incorporate two Heavy Rails using the center joint, which will merge for a total width of 106.5” along a wall (96” usable space). With Monster, you can attach Monster Single Bar Holder, Monster Plate Storage Channel, Bolt-In Plate Storage, Monster Attachment Post, Rope Attachment Anchor, and Monster Landmine. The M-Lite can also attach Landmine, Horizontal Single Bar Holder, Plate Storage Channel, Bolt-In Plate Storage, Rope Attachment Anchor, Rogue MRT, and Mobility Hand. Rogue provides all hardware needed for mounting the rail to the wall and floor.
