It’s here! This is the new Nike Metcon 7.
You can now buy the Nike Metcon 7 Mat Fraser PE (Personal Edition) or the Nike Metcon 7 X.
Nike just recently launched the latest version of the Metcon family with Metcon 7. It still has a wide, flat heel and an inner plate that intensifies stability like its predecessors, but let us take a look at the improvements and what makes it different from them.
Here are some of the styles that will be available soon:
Nike Metcon 7 – Overview
Like its forerunners, the Metcon 7 also has a plate that flexes with movement so you can execute your reps and intervals with convenience. The tooling pairs with a wide, flat heel layout comprise an inner plate intended to divide the weight from edge to edge. If Metcon 6 focuses on breathability, Metcon 7’s most significant feature is React foam. This gives a comfortable, cushioned base that feels lightweight and flexible when you kick it into high gear for sprints and cardio.
The rubber is also revamped, and it wraps up your arch for serious grip during rope climbs. Rubber tread on the outsole grants you traction from the training room floor to the street, while the grooves in the sole allow your foot to bend naturally. Metcon 7 has Flywire cables that harmonize with the laces to secure your midfoot, plus a tab locks down the laces with a hook and loop closure to keep them out of the way.
The shoe has a lightweight mesh with textured overlays in high-wear areas that helps keep your foot fresh without reducing durability. It also has a Handstand clip at the heel to lessen drag during wall exercises. The design of Metcon 7 is the gold standard for weight training, which is firmer and more durable than preceding versions.
Nike Metcon 7 Review – In Summary
