For the first time ever, Nike has released a FlyEase version of the Metcon training shoe. This is our review of the Nike Metcon 6 FlyEase. We’ll cut right to the chase – this is the Nike Metcon 6 with one big change – it has a collapsible heel that makes for “step-in entry”. This is Nike’s FlyEase technology. Nike FlyEase makes it easy to put your shoes on, and take them off – and it’s great for all athletes, including adaptive athletes. There are laces, but you only have to tie them once.
