The Nano series is named “the Official Shoe of Fitness” and aims to keep on pushing boundaries and redefining what an all-purpose cross-training shoe can do for and say about an athlete. This goal gave birth to Nano X1 Froning—a shoe made for CrossFit, recreational lifting, HIIT, and shorter runs.

Reebok Nano X1 Froning – Overview
The Froning edition of Reebok’s Nano X1 Training Shoe was co-developed with the 4x “Fittest Man on Earth”, Rich Froning, Jr. It has Ftwr White/Vector Navy/Gold Metallic colorways with an “Into the Storm” graphic inspired by the bison on Rich’s Tennessee farm, a sock-like Flexweave construction for a locked-in fit, and a three-part bungee lace closure.
This shoe is made for any type of movement and requires little to no break-in time out of the box. The toe shape is revised and enables unrestricted multi-directional movement, while the enhanced heel clip delivers max stability. The new Floatride Energy Foam in the forefoot is lightweight and responsive offering better run cushioning.
Nano X1 Froning has a woven textile upper, EVA midsole, and a rubber outsole for traction. This shoe has a comfortable collar for an all-day locked-in feel and weighs 11.4 oz and is lighter than the older version.
