The Reebok Nano 9 is the OFFICIAL CrossFit Training Shoe for the year 2019 and 2020.
It’s the only shoe that has the CrossFit stamp of approval on it.
And that’s not just because there is a contract between Reebok and CrossFit – this is a very good shoe for cross training, functional fitness, and the CrossFit WOD.
We’ll tell you a bit about it, while we showcase some of the newest styles.
Purple is the name of the game (oops, I mean GRAPE PUNCH.)
Lastly, another great style – the Reebok Nano 9 – Black/White/Porcelain
Looks good from the side profile too.
This is a HOT color style. I’d call it shades of orange, but it is really Reebok Nano 9 – Black/White/Porcelain
Here’s the two piece outsole – for better flexibility and movement from heel to toe.
The neon green sole accent on the Reebok Nano 9 – Black/White/Porcelain is a nice touch.
This is a nice, dark shoe, but has some pop to it thanks to the dark greys.
The rubber protection wrap and heel almost look like Black Mulitcam – and that’s for a reason.
Like it dark? This might be the color combo for you.
This special edition (Reebok Nano 9 – Black/Cold Grey 7/Grey) has a unique emblem on the tongue.
Here you can see the CrossFit name right on the heel of the Reebok Nano 9 – Black/White/Matte Gold
What you can’t see in this picture is the 4mm "heel to toe" drop. That’s the height difference between your heel and toes – and it’s pretty low-profile. Why? Because that makes the most versatile shoe. Unlike a running shoe or a lifter – these shoes have to do it all – jumps, climbs, sprints, squats, etc.
Showing the 3/4 view of the shoe. It looks great.
The gold flecks in the rubber protection wrap and Reebok isnignias are a very nice touch.
Here’s an understated but tough looking colorway – Reebok Nano 9 – Black/White/Matte Gold
Here’s another close-up of that FlexWeave upper. Another nice touch is the color coordinated premium laces. Reebok Nano 9 are some of the BEST looking training shoes in 2020.
From the top we can see a BIG reason everyone loves the Reebok Nano 9. It’s the wide "toebox" champ of training shoes. If Nike and other shoes are too narrow, the Reebok Nano 9 may be your best bet.
See the blue rubber on the lower heel in this shot? That’s the tough but soft rubber protection wrap.
The Reebok Nano 9 has a thickly padded tongue and laces – this is a traditional way to get the best fit on a shoe – and it’s traditional for a reason – it’s what works best!
Black/Seaport Teal/Humble Blue is a great looking color combination.
And of course this is the OFFICIAL CrossFit Shoe for 2019 and 2020 – it’s even got the name right on the heel (No other shoe can do this!)
Reebok styling cues are apparent throughout.
There’s a soft but tough protection wrap around all the high wear areas of the shoe – which helps ensure these last a LONG time.
The Reebok Nano 9 has a bootie construction to provide ultimate performance comfort. The heel support is excellent.
Flexweave is back with the Reebok Nano 9 – but this is a newer version. Flexweave Technology weaves fibers into a figure-8 to create a strong, flexible upper – and it breathes well too.

Nike has released a new colorway of the Nike React Metcon Cross Trainer for Men : Seaweed/Green Spark/Vintage Green. Ok, it’s technically style: BQ6044-323. But, no matter what you call it, we think it looks pretty slick. What’s the big benefit of the Nike React Metcon shoe? It’s right in the name – REACT. As in React foam cushioning – you know – Nike’s groundbreaking energy return foam cushioning system. That’s right – every footstep gives you energy back with React foam. But you’ll notice this is a Cross Trainer shoe. Unlike the Nike React running shoes there’s a lot less React foam. That’s because React foam is springy and bouncing – but it is not very tough. And Cross Trainers for the CrossFit WOD, Functional Fitness, and HIIT training need to be built like a tank. So in this shoe the React foam is in the drop-in midsole – which you can’t see – because it is inside the shoe. The outsole (the part that touches the ground, basically) is made from tough rubber – for maximum traction and [Read more …]

Have you seen the Inov-8 F-LITE G 300? This is the latest addition to Inov-8’s versatility collection. The new F-LITE G 300 is one of the most responsive and protective training shoes ever to hit the market. It has brand new, exclusive technologies (like “Graphene”). Why? For maximum lifting support and stability and at the same time without compromising on cushioning or flexibility. Let’s check some of the stats: A knit upper is used – this has special zones for max flexibility (and breathability) – but also support. Like a locked-in fit and feel? There’s a TPU cage that engages with the laces – for the most secure fit possible. But, there is also a ETPU footbed that is paired with a highly responsive midsole. This means even more cushioning when compared to the average CrossFit shoe. Inside, there is an lifting stabilizer. It’s built into the midsole – so you can’t see it. But what it does is provide a secure and stable foundation through the core of the shoe. There’s also a Graphene-enhanced rubber outsole. Graphene, which is [Read more …]
