A field pocket is a small storage cube that can be fastened to a rucksack, carried alone through its own grab handle, or kept loose inside your ruck or gym bag. GORUCK’s field pockets are durable and straightforward, and you can safely keep your camera gear, tech cables, toiletries, and more.

GR2 Field Pocket – Carryology Kaidan – Overview
Field Pockets are created to keep sensitive and fragile gear and items protected and separate from the central part of your bag. They are also made to work outside of the bag and lay flat when you open. They have a zipper aligned in the middle of the pocket’s depth and highlight three pockets inside. Field Pockets can stick to the internal MOLLE on GORUCK bags or the external front MOLLE.
With these field pockets, you can organize your electronics, use them as a Dopp kit, camera gear, or with your rucksack for additional space and organization. The padding keeps contents inside secured, and the extra three interior pockets keep you organized.
GR2 Field Pocket – Carryology Kaidan
Made from XPAC VX21 210D (60% nylon and 40% polyester), the GR2 Field Pocket – Carryology Kaidan travels with you no matter what your adventure is, wherever it is. It uses lightweight, safe Orange 400d Cordura inside for interior visibility and waterproof YKK AquaGuard exterior zippers. It has an exterior grab handle for easy grasp and portability.
The GR2 Field Pocket – Carryology Kaidan has three interior pockets: one large mesh zip pocket, one large zip pocket, and one mesh pouch pocket. It uses YKK zippers on the interior with silent, glove-friendly zipper pulls made from parachute 550 cord. It measures 9″ W x 8″ H x 3″ D and weighs 0.6 lbs with a 4L capacity.

The Carryology Kaidan is tough, light-weight, and good-looking – thanks to the special material.

The GR1 Field Pocket is exceptionally well built. It is made from 1000D Cordura with a 3L capacity measuring 9″ W x 6″ H x 2.5″ D. It has decent pockets and wide walls that will safely carry your camera and lens and can be attached inside or outside your GR1 backpack.
Because of its padding and handle, the GORUCK GR2 Field Pocket can be utilized as a “packing cube” to arrange your gear inside your bag or an independent bag. It has a 4L capacity made of 1000D Cordura measuring 9″ W x 8″ H x 3″ D.
