There’s a rope wrap section of outsole that wraps up around the midfoot – just like most of the other metcon shoes.
From the top you can see the overall form factor of these shoes.
From the side view you can see the gaiter – this tight fitting elastic comes up high on your ankle. Why? To keep out mud, sticks, rocks and other debris.
See that tread? This is like a boot. But you can also see the water draining ports – and that is a very unique feature on this shoe.
The speed lacing system lets you make quick adjustments – and there are no laces to get clogged with mud! There is also a pocket to protect the quick clip.
