Reebok Wonder Woman Nano Training Shoe – Overview
You can see here that the upper is decorated to mimic Wonder Woman’s costume.Even the insoles pay homage to the female super hero.Fancy sneaker box? Check.But underneath, this is the excellent Nano X training shoe. Great for the CrossFit WOD and functional fitness training.Why is it good for CrossFit? It’s got a low-profile 4 mm heel to toe drop, and it’s great for heavy weights (and CrossFit means heavy barbells, ketllebells, dumbbells, and more.)You’ll get excellent traction from the all-rubber, decoupled outsole. That split helps ensure shock doesn’t travel forward when you heel strike.The collar and achilles pad come up high on the Nano X (as compared to the Nano 9). But it’s padded and feels nice.You couldn’t use this shoe for CrossFit if it wasn’t tough as nails. You can see the rubber protection wrap that makes sure the upper of the shoe is protected here.
