Nike Metcon 7 Women’s – Overview
The Nike Metcon 7 is perfect for athletes who never stop training and do several exercises in one workout. Nike added the React foam to Metcon 7 that raises the comfort of your workout to keep you ready for high-intensity cardio and sprints. It makes a comfortable, cushioned base that feels lightweight and springy. The expansive, flat heel brings more stability with an inner plate that disperses weight from side to side.
It also flexes to make it comfy for cardio intervals. The rubber tread delivers traction from the training room floor to the pavement, while the revamped rubber envelops your arch for heightened grip during rope climbs. The lightweight mesh with textured overlays in high-wear areas helps keep your foot cool while also maintaining durability.
Its tab locks down the laces with a hook-and-loop closure to help keep them out of the way. The handstand clip at the heel lessens drag during wall exercises, while the Flywire cables integrate with the laces to help fasten your midfoot.
