There’s a new air bike in town. Let’s look at the newly released Eagle Bike from American Barbell.
With an air bike, you can do a unique blend of an upper and lower body workout and spike your heart rate in a short period, making it perfect to use if you only have ten minutes to exercise. It is an amazing warm-up machine, integrating most major muscle groups and making the blood pump to those areas that need it.
Here’s some of the styles we are going to look at:
Eagle Bike from American Barbell – Overview
The American Barbell Eagle Bike has been tested and approved by NFL players and fitness athletes and is an excellent addition to any commercial or home gym. Created from heavy-duty steel, the frame of this bike gives you the needed stability to surmount those extremely tough intervals. The Eagle Bike is one of the most powerful in class at 156 lbs, but it is also very easy to move with its built-in commercial-grade roller-wheels.
American Barbell paired a belt-driven fan to this solid frame to make sure you have the smoothest and quietest training sessions possible, in addition to decreasing the levels of maintenance demanded. Most air bikes use footpegs, but Eagle Bike uses ergonomically remarkable “flat-rest” pedals to provide a firm surface to get your wind back.
Eagle Bike is suitable for any athlete with different training levels because the resistance adapts to user output and can be distributed between legs and arms with more push/pull emphasis on one or the other. The pedals and crankshafts are heat-treated, and it uses Oilite bushings for smooth and quiet pivots. It has a 35” x 29.61” footprint and handles with a rubber grip that measures 1.5”. The seat is meant to be relaxed and supportive for prolonged durations while not hindering motion during all-out work intervals.
