Project Rock 5 Disrupt Training Shoes
The responsive UA HOVR™ cushioning of the Project Rock 5 Disrupt Training Shoes reduces impact, returns energy, and helps drive you forward. These shoes have a durable engineered mesh upper that is lightweight and breathable with stretch and structure where you need it.
The molded TPU heel-to-midfoot strap stabilizes and locks down your heel while enabling forefoot mobility. The UA TriBase™ maximizes ground contact, stimulates natural motion, and provides flexibility to grip during lifts. The Project Rock 5 Disrupt Training Shoes are available for men and women.
Men’s Project Rock Show Your Work Sleeveless Hoodie
The Project Rock Show Your Work Sleeveless Hoodie is made from 57% Cotton, 38% Polyester, and 5% Elastane and provides all-day comfort.
This hoodie has a four-way stretch material that moves easier in every direction. It is super soft with a shaped hem and a side vent. The graphic occurs when exposed to moisture, so everyone knows you’re working hard.
Men’s Project Rock ArmourPrint Fitted Tank
The Project Rock ArmourPrint Fitted Tank uses UA’s original HeatGear® fabric that is super-light, breathable and dries quickly. It has a smooth, weightless ArmourPrint on the shoulders and forearms, adding extra durability to make the gear last longer.
The body of the tank is made from 84% Polyester, and 16% Elastane and the woven is from 88% Polyester and 12% Elastane. The woven panels on the shoulders add durability, while the mesh side panels add ventilation.
Men’s Project Rock Rival Fleece Disrupt Printed Crew
Made from 80% Cotton and 20% Polyester, the Project Rock Rival Fleece Disrupt Printed Crew is remarkably soft with a brushed interior for extra warmth.
This fleece has a ribbed collar, cuffs, and bottom hem. It also has a front kangaroo pocket with raw edge hem detail.
Women’s Project Rock Infinity Mid Sports Bra
The HeatGear® fabric of the Project Rock Infinity Mid Sports Bra offers an incomparable next-to-skin feel. It also delivers strategic support tailored for medium-support activities like cycling, weight training, and boxing.
The molded, PU-injected one-piece padding offers the utmost comfort and added coverage. The bra is made from 87% Polyester and 13% Elastane that wicks sweat and dries really fast.

The Project Rock Meridian Ankle Leggings use super-soft and stretchy performance knit fabric that delivers support and lasting comfort. They are made from 72% Nylon and 28% Elastane with material that wicks sweat and dries very fast.
They have a four-way stretch material that moves better in all directions. The leggings also have a 26″ inseam and a high-rise waistband with built-in side pockets.

The Project Rock Rib Tank has a slim, fitted design with ribbed texture for a sleeker look and feel. It has a soft and stretchy knit fabric that is breathable for all-day comfort.
It is made from 94% Polyester and 6% Elastane with a shaped hem. This tank also has a classic racer back and keeps you fresh and cool with its sweat-wicking material.
Women’s Project Rock Bike Shorts
The HeatGear® fabric used in the Project Rock Bike Shorts is super-light and breathable. The material wicks sweat and dries really fast. The shorts have a four-way stretch material that moves better in every direction.
They also have an exposed elastic waistband with wordmark detail and an 8″ inseam. They are made from 87% Polyester and 13% Elastane.
