Nano X1 Training Shoe Review
We reviewed the Nano X1 Men’s training shoe – and the Women’s version is similar.
Reebok fixed the problem areas of the Nano X – and have come up with a contender for the best CrossFit shoe of 2022.
The Nano X1 has more dynamic cushion in the midfoot and heel, it’s lighter (by close to 2 ounces), yet it’s stable enough for weightlifting with heavy barbells.
In comparison, its predecessor (the Nano X) was not good for running – there was just too little cushion in the heel.

Nano X1 Women’s Training Shoes – Overview
Reebok Nano X1 is an all-around shoe used for training classes, light lifts, running, and light cardio workouts. The Flexweave knit upper is breathable yet durable, with integrated support for multidirectional movement. One of its best features is its weight as it is lighter than other training shoes and even its earlier versions.
It moves fast during tempo and interval training, and with the added stack height and Flexweave, this version becomes more runnable and versatile. Nano X1 has added 4mm of a drop to help you get into a better position for squatting.
The cushioning is also revamped with the Floatride Energy foam that pumps up your HIIT or sprint session without sacrificing comfort. Nano X1 has a wider toe box than the other versions, so you can enjoy extra room for your toes.
