Nike Air Zoom Terra Kiger 6 (Mint/Yellow) Power through wet, rocky terrain like a beast in the sleek updated Men's Nike Air Zoom Terra Kiger 6 trail running shoe. Revamped for speed, a woven heel keeps the fit secure while lightweight mesh increases ventilation. Smooth out any trail with Nike React technology and a heel Zoom Air unit serving up extra cushion in your Terra Kiger 6.
Both represent alterations that focus in on serious trail running performance.
After all, a trail run is a lot different than your standard road run – or run of the mill track workout.
The Wildhorse now includes Nike’s React foam – this amazing foam cushion system brings more comfort and stability underfoot – and returns energy to you with every footstep.
The Wildhorse 6
Nike React cushioning foam now runs the full length of the midsole.
A horseshoe-shaped pod of firmer foam is added in the heel for stability. A higher cuff keeps debris out of the shoe, but the material remains soft and flexible.
The outsole lugs are more aggressive – and more durable. This means better traction and less possibility of clogging with mud on the trail.
A modified lacing system incorporates a "lateral fitband" to ensure your feet stay locked-in.
The Kiger’s improvements focus on keeping mud, muck, and water out – with a stylish new upper.
The Air Zoom Terra Kiger 6 from Nike – a Trail Running shoe that has evolved and is close to perfection.
An adjusted forefoot provides a more secure fit thanks to an isolated front eyelet.
Shoe designers reduced the tip overlay to avoid hotspots in the toe box.
The more durable upper is made from mesh – and protects from rocks, roots, and mud.

The Nike React Metcon was just released in November 2019, but Nike is already making some new colorways available. Here’s the Nike React Metcon in white. What’s React? It is Nike’s reactive foam cushioning system. For the React Metcon, it’s a drop-in midsole that works in conjunction with the regular outsole – which is the same as that of the Metcon 5. The React Metcon also uses FlyKnit – that is a yarn-like knit material that allows Nike to make a seamless, one piece upper. It’s not as lightweight as the FlyKnit in the React running shoe line from Nike, as it is double layer instead of single. But, it’s still pretty good. The Nike React Metcon doesn’t have laces – instead it uses Nike’s quick pull system.
