Just in case you don’t know, we have three arches in our foot – the medial longitudinal arch, the lateral longitudinal arch, and the anterior transverse arch. The Ballistic Trainer – Mid provides 3x support and 3x stability for all three of your arches, so you know your foot is fully protected when lifting, running, or squatting. What’s more? Here’s some of the styles that you can pre-order now:
Ballistic Trainer – Mid (PRE-ORDER) – Overview
Using an engineered warp-knit technology, the forefoot of the Ballistic Trainer renders a seamless one-piece vamp and toe cap while giving areas of augmented strength and other areas of breathability and versatility. The lace area, midfoot, and heel is constructed from two panels of 1680D CORDURA® Ballistic Nylon to offer the most potent Special Forces grade abrasion resistance against the strains of rope climbs. Dynamic movements are also sustained by the shoe’s midfoot and heel support. It has an anatomically molded TPU heel counter that protects your foot and secures your heel when you’re doing vigorous, load-bearing workouts. If you need to form a tight heel lock, extra top eyelets are available to avoid heel slippage and unnecessary movement around the ankle.
When worn too long, your feet will swell in any shoe, but the Ballistic Trainer has a generous forefoot area so your toes can breathe, and friction is reduced if your feet brush against the insides of your shoe. All three arches of your foot are supported by the dense PU foam insert plus a, thinner insert is also added if you choose less arch support and want to feel closer to the ground. The Ballistic Trainer has an 8mm heel-to-toe drop that performs the best biomechanical leverage when raising heavy loads (squat, clean, snatch) or moving more than 400 meters (running or rucking).
From forefoot to heel, two different kinds of EVA are combined in a smooth gradient: 1. High rebound, high flexibility EVA in the forefoot that gives cushion and support for explosive movement 2. Firm, stable EVA in the heel that grants a solid platform to keep you grounded when lifting or squatting The seamless rubber outsole is composed of three different rubber compounds. Forefoot rubber is developed for enhanced grip while the heel area is solid and won’t wear down after miles of running or rucking. The midfoot is formed from a rock climbing compound and hardened for outstanding abrasion resistance — perfect for rope climbs.
Ballistic Trainer – Mid (PRE-ORDER) Review – In Summary
That’s our preview of the upcoming Ballistic Trainer – Mid (PRE-ORDER).
An ordinary training shoe won’t do the cut. It would be best to have a shoe that can support you when you run, lift, or flex. The stability of Ballistic Trainer – Mid puts less pressure on the Achilles tendon during lifts and has added heel stability to support your entire range of motion when running and moving. Now you can push past your boundaries in garages, driveways, fields, and even on asphalt with the Ballistic Trainer. Pre-order now to get one of the very few available stocks.
