Lifting? Get the stability and support you need with the Legacy Lifter II Weightlifting Shoe. It is a great shoe if you want to correct and advance your squats and lifting performance.
Here are some of the styles we are going to look at (From Reebok):
Legacy Lifter II Women’s Weightlifting Shoes – Overview
The Legacy Lifter II Weightlifting Shoe offers excellent support and stability. Thanks to its solid base. It is made with a raised heel to keep you in a stable squat on the platform. This shoe is designed for Olympic weightlifting with a higher heel than the forefoot to help secure your feet when lifting weights.
The earlier version of Legacy Lifter has leather on most parts of the upper, while this version uses textile for more breathability. For Legacy Lifter II, Reebok made only a single wide strap instead of two midfoot straps. The logo is also changed from Delta to Vector, and the TPU heel cup is taller than the prior version to deliver adequate heel support.
The Reebok Legacy Lifter II utilizes a full-length rubber outsole and highlights a clean tread pattern that helps in keeping the foot planted on the ground when lifting. This version doesn’t have a flexible design to ensure your foot will stay flat and give the support you need while weightlifting.
