Also known as the all-around shoe, the Nano X1 is not only great for CrossFit exercises, but it also performs well for high-intensity interval training, plyometrics, and explosive movements like box jump. Here’s some of the styles we are going to look at: Nano X1 in Camo – Overview One of the changes made in Nano X1 is the upper that now uses the Flexweave Knit. It is lighter than the older versions that use a super-tough version of Flexweave. The more lightweight upper now provides more comfort and breathability. The midsole in this shoe is made from EVA foam, and it uses Reebok’s Floatride Energy cushioning system. The improved cushion can be felt in the heel, especially when running and heel striking.
